Sherpa Family Corn Husk Dolls
Nepal holds 36 ethnic groups within the distance of 100 kilometer from north to south. Shrepas are the original inhabitants of the Himalayan region, the area of the Mt.Everest. They are the Moongolian origin and followers of Buddhism with equal treatment given to both sex. The Sherpa family is cominng back from the market. The father is supervising the two yaks. The mother is carrying her baby on her back. The son is coming along with the parents.
The body of these dolls is made of recycled wooden products and dresses from corn husk while the box is made out of recycled paper.
