Chez Caroline is a French restaurant in the Baber Mahal Revisited complex.
Founded in 1998 by Mme. Caroline, who was born and raised in Lagrasse, South of France, the restaurant has a core team of brilliant Mediterranean French cuisine chefs and caterers. They take care of particular wishes and needs of the guests in an extensive menu that accommodates non-vegetarian, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
