About Cable Internet Service
Understanding the necessity of broadband in everyday life, Subisu Launched Broadband Cable Internet Service in 2004 in Kathmandu Valley using DOCSIS technology, based on HFC Network (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial Cable) with cable TV channels and cable Internet over the same cable. Customers enjoy the Cable TV experience with internet service over a single wire. With Subisu Broadband cable internet the customers enjoy higher speed internet along with high quality channels over a single wire.

- Above mentioned charges includes 12 Months Subscription along with 13% VAT & installation charge.
- Customer them-self need to bear the cost of coaxial cable as per the usage (Rs. 30 per meter) at the time of installation.
- Customer subscribing above mentioned plans are facilitated two choose one among the two options i.e. choosing either a cable modem for free of cost or extra 3 months validity based on customer choice.
- Installation and setup will be completed within 3 days after receiving the Package confirmation.
- Customer shall sign the Internet Service User Form and must submit the Citizenship Certificate (for Nepalese Citizen)/ Photocopy of Passport (for Foreign National) / Certificate issued by Indian Embassy for Nepal (in case of Indian Citizen not having Passport) along with one passport size photo.
- Customer shall sign the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and if found the Internet/Email services, having obtained for whatever purpose, is used illegally and unauthorized manner by violating Telecommunication Act, Rules, Policy and other system, the concerned Customer shall be liable and Subisu shall exempt from such liabilities.
